Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Last updated: 22 August 2026
This policy explains how to cancel an Off Campus Dev subscription and when you can get your money back. It applies to all paid plans purchased on offcampusdev.com.
Short version: Cancel any time, in one click, from your account. If you are unhappy with a new subscription, tell us within 7 days and we will refund it in full. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
1. How to cancel
- Sign in and go to Account → Billing → Cancel subscription, or
- Email billing@offcampusdev.com from your registered email address.
Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in.
2. Refund eligibility
| Situation | Refund |
|---|---|
| You cancel within 7 days of a first-time purchase or upgrade | Full refund |
| Duplicate or double charge for the same period | Full refund of the duplicate |
| Payment debited but subscription not activated | Full refund |
| Unauthorised transaction, confirmed after verification | Full refund |
| Paid feature unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to a fault on our side | Pro-rata refund or an equivalent credit, your choice |
| We terminate your account without cause | Pro-rata refund of the unused period |
| Annual plan cancelled after 7 days | Pro-rata refund of complete unused months, at our discretion |
| Monthly plan cancelled after 7 days | No refund for the current month; access continues to period end |
3. When we cannot refund
- You did not get a job, an interview or a shortlisting. Our paid features help you find and target openings; we never promise a hiring outcome, and an unsuccessful job search is not a service defect.
- An employer closed, changed or withdrew a listing, or the employer's own site was unavailable.
- You simply did not use the subscription during the period.
- The account was suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions, including scraping, resale of our data or fraud.
- Free plans and promotional or zero-value access, which involve no payment to refund.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@offcampusdev.com with:
- Your registered email address;
- The payment reference or order ID from your receipt;
- The date and amount of the charge;
- A brief reason for the request.
Never send us your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or any password. We do not need them and we will never ask for them.
5. Timelines
| Stage | Time |
|---|---|
| We acknowledge your request | Within 2 working days |
| We decide and inform you | Within 5 working days of receiving complete details |
| We initiate the approved refund | Within 2 working days of approval |
| Money reaches your account | Typically 5–7 working days after initiation |
The final leg depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control. UPI and wallet refunds are usually faster than card refunds.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase, in Indian Rupees, through our payment gateway. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account or person. Where the original method is closed or expired, we will contact you to arrange an alternative in line with our payment partner's rules. Any payment gateway fee is borne by us, not deducted from your refund.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. If you raise a chargeback, we will cooperate fully with your bank and provide the transaction records requested.
8. Price changes
If we change the price of a plan, your current paid term is honoured at the price you paid. Any new price applies from your next renewal, and we will notify you before that renewal so you can cancel if you prefer.
