Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What you are buying

All Off Campus Dev purchases are subscriptions to software features delivered over the internet — AI resume-to-job matching, instant alerts, skill-gap reports and the application tracker. Nothing is dispatched physically to an address.

2. When access is delivered

Bank transfer / NEFT / manual reconciliation	Within 1 working day of the funds being confirmed

Paid features unlock on the same account and email address that made the purchase. You do not need to install anything — sign in and the features are there.

3. Delivery confirmation

On successful payment you will receive:

• A payment confirmation and receipt by email from us or our payment partner;
• An updated plan status visible under Account → Billing;
• Immediate availability of the paid features in your account.

4. Delivery charges

None. We do not levy shipping, handling, courier or delivery fees of any kind. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.

5. Service area

Our services are delivered online and are available to users in India. Because delivery is digital, there are no serviceable-pincode restrictions. Billing is in Indian Rupees (INR).

6. If access does not activate

If your payment succeeded but paid features have not appeared within 30 minutes:

• Sign out and sign back in, then refresh the page — this re-reads your subscription status.
• Confirm you are signed in with the same email address used for the payment.
• If it is still not active, email billing@offcampusdev.com with your payment reference or order ID.

We will either activate your access or issue a full refund. Where a payment is debited but the subscription never activates, you are entitled to a full refund under our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

7. Subscription term and renewal

Access continues for the term you purchased — monthly or annual — and renews automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel beforehand. Renewal delivery is instantaneous and uninterrupted: there is no gap in access between terms.
