These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website offcampusdev.com and the products and services offered on it (together, the "Platform"), operated by [REGISTERED ENTITY NAME], a business registered in India, trading as Off Campus Dev ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, joining our waitlist or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What we provide

Off Campus Dev is an artificial-intelligence job discovery and career tooling platform for students, freshers and early-career professionals in India. Our services include:

• Aggregated job and internship listings that link to the employer's own application page.
• AI-assisted matching between your resume or profile and available openings.
• Alerts, application tracking, skill-gap reports and related career tools.

We are a technology platform, not a recruitment agency, staffing firm or employer. We do not participate in any employer's hiring decision.

2. No guarantee of employment

We do not promise, guarantee or imply that using the Platform will result in a job, an interview, a shortlisting, an internship or any particular outcome. Match scores, rankings and recommendations are algorithmic estimates provided for your convenience and are not assurances of eligibility or selection. Hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer.

3. Accuracy of listings

Listings are sourced from employer career pages, applicant tracking systems, official feeds and employer submissions. We take reasonable care to verify and refresh them, but we do not control the source. Openings may close, change or be withdrawn without notice, and details such as salary, eligibility or deadlines may be updated by the employer at any time. Always confirm the details on the employer's own page before applying.

4. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or 13 or older with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account is for one individual. Accounts may not be shared, resold or transferred.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-copy Platform content except as expressly permitted.
• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our listings, match data or paid features.
• Upload another person's resume or personal data without their consent.
• Post or transmit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
• Attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the Platform's security, rate limits or access controls.
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to create accounts or submit applications at scale.
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or with any other user's use of it.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this section.

6. Subscriptions, pricing and payment

• Job listings are free to browse. Paid subscriptions unlock AI matching, alerts and related premium tools.
• Current prices are shown on our pricing section. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN on our servers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing billing@offcampusdev.com.
• We may change prices prospectively. Existing paid terms are honoured at the price you paid; changes apply from your next renewal, and we will give you notice before that renewal.
• Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

7. Free trials and promotions

Where a free trial or promotional price is offered, the terms and duration will be stated at the time of the offer. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan at the then-current price. Promotional offers may not be combined unless we say so.

8. Delivery of services

We sell digital services only. There is no physical shipment. Access is provisioned to your account after successful payment, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and the Off Campus Dev name and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial job search. Employer names and logos, where displayed, remain the property of their owners and their display does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

10. Your content

You retain ownership of the resume, profile data and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and analyse that content solely to operate and improve the services we provide to you — for example, to extract your skills and generate match scores. You can delete your content or request deletion of your account as set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party links and services

The Platform links to employer websites, applicant tracking systems and other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, availability or privacy practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

12. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform is under active development and features may be added, modified, suspended or removed. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of employment opportunity, offer, income, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or unlawful activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Where we terminate without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid portion of your subscription on a pro-rata basis.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change and, where the update is material, we will notify you by email or through the Platform. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer protection rights you may have, the courts at [CITY, STATE], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

19. Grievance redressal

In accordance with applicable Indian law, our grievance officer can be reached at grievance@offcampusdev.com. Full contact details are on our Contact Us page. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
